Yes. We work with your current cameras and recorders wherever possible, and recommend upgrades only where they meaningfully improve coverage or detection.
Can your system be customised for different sites?
Every site is assessed individually. Monitoring zones, alert rules, escalation contacts and reporting are configured to how each location operates.
How long does installation take?
Most sites are onboarded within days. Timelines depend on site size and whether new equipment is required — we'll confirm during consultation.
Do you supply the equipment or only provide services?
Both. Through trusted technology partners we supply and install surveillance hardware, or provide monitoring on top of the equipment you already own.
